Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for highly talented, motivated, and logic-driven candidates with sound knowledge of WordPress with WooComerce integration. Sound knowledge of Core PHP Development using any framework is must.
Must have sound knowledge and experience working with WordPress customization with Elementor Pagebuilder. SEO concepts should be clear to build SEO friendly websites.
Desired Skills
- Excellent knowledge and experience in WordPress, and their themes and plugins, with ability to do relevant changes in the plugins to make it workable;
- Working knowledge and experience in Development and maintenance applications in core PHP using MVC architecture and any PHP Framework;
- SEO concepts must be clear to make SEO friendly websites;
- Must having experience with WordPress with Elementor Pagebuilder, knowledge of WP Bakery pagebuilder an advantage;
- Sound working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jquery, Ajax, etc.;
- Must have very strong OOPS and database concepts. Practical knowledge of API development will be an advantage using JSON/cURL;
- Good Communication Skills and Time Management Skills are must;
- Must be very good at visualization and making clean Web layouts;
- Should be able to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures well;
- Ability to understand how to think around obstacles and execute deliverables on time;
- Desire to change the existing paradigms, think out of the box and sharp analytical mind;
- Must have high initiative, leadership qualities, good interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be able to design custom layout in WordPress.
Roles and Job Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for develop, test, and maintain applications to specified designs and standards in WordPress;
- Work with BA & PM for identifying and documenting the requirements of the client for the project;
- Assist the TL/PM in developing the project plan by estimating the user stories defined in the backlog and planning the sprints;
- Analyze the functional requirements produced by BA/Client for the module and develop a bug-free application;
- Communicate with the Client on the project status and functional/technical requirements when required;
- Deploy the application on Staging or the live environment;
- Responsible for unit testing and release of software for QC. Bug fixing for the software and working with PM on the closure of bugs that require feedback.
