Project Development
To avoid any later consequences. We follow our standard terms with our every client, of course with their consent.
So the process is, once a contract has been signed between Awesomify Technlogies India Private Limited and individual/your company, we raise an invoice strictly as per the Payment milestone/schedule as pre-mentioned. You can easily pay us by Wire Transfer (OR) using secured payment gateway PayPal And/Or Razorpay.

We strongly believe that every project starts with a intention of its successful and time bound completion. Therefore we always take utmost care of all the possible efforts for successful completion of all the projects. But, if things doesn’t works under some specific circumstances, in that case the refund may be considered. Our ultimate goal is to reach on mutual satisfactory solution. If you are not satisfied for any reason, that has forced you to claim the refund, then please let us know by writing to info@awesomifytechnologies.com. The refund is only applicable, in case if we are unable to come to a mutual satisfactory solution.

Our development process is transparent and very proven. You can monitor every phase of development in the real time. Moreover Project Manager(s) will be assign to you, so you can always reach them.
The complete Scope of Work is defined prior development, and if you want to add or remove anything that you don’t like, feel free to do that and it will be revise. And that has to be approved by you.

Yes, why not? You can request us to do a pilot or model, testing project. Rest we have Refund Policy clearly mentioned on website. So if you are not satisfied with the initial development phase. You can always claim your refund on after deducting the work done.

But in case if you are non technical person and don’t know anything about how to develop your project you just call Awesomify Technologies India. Our experienced Analysts will listen and understand your requirement by asking certain set of questions to determine what is needed from you to create a proposal.
Ofcourse Yes! We give warranty to our every customer after the final delivery for all bug-fixing, etc. Warranty duration depend on the project size and its complexity.
After the warranty period, we sign a separate Monthly/Quarterly or Annual Maintenance Contract, so that you get uninterrupted ongoing support.
We have stringent confidentiality agreement duly signed with our every single team member as a standard part of practice. This confidentiality is also validated through the existing laws. Before initiating any project, Awesomify Technologies India signs a Non Disclosure Agreement with the client. Under this agreement, we keep the client and project-related information strictly confidential. Any references or client’s web or software development project details are not revealed without the prior approval of the client.

Our developers works out of our India Development Center. Our normal working hours are 9:30AM to 7:00PM India Time (+5:30GMT). It is totally fine if you need a meeting in a week for discussion during your timezone. However, if you require them to work dedicatedly during your timezone only – they can certainly made available.

Awesomify Technologies India would take approximately 7 working days depending on technology and experience required.
You will have to give minimum one-month notice before terminating the services of an employee. If the number of your dedicated employees is more than 5, you will have to give us 3 months notice.
