By registering for any of Awesomify Technologies India’s service(s), you are stating that you have carefully read, understand and accept all of the Terms and Conditions mentioned in this Refund Policy. This refund policy covers the coverage scope of refunds by Awesomify Technologies India Private Limited.

What does this Refund Policy includes?
This refund policy does only applicable to the practices/in house provided services of Awesomify Technologies India.

What is not including in this Refund Policy?
This policy does not applicable to the services and/or products which does not owned or managed by Awesomify Technologies India, or of individuals, those who are not a part of Awesomify Technologies India directly or indirectly including any third party service(s) and/or product(s) providers and any third party websites to which Awesomify Technologies India’s website link.

How the refund can be claimed?
We strongly believe that every project starts with a intention of its successful and time bound completion. Therefore we always take utmost care of all the possible efforts for successful completion of all the projects. But, if things doesn’t works under some specific circumstances, in that case the refund may be considered. Our ultimate goal is to reach on mutual satisfactory solution. If you are not satisfied for any reason, that has forced you to claim the refund, then please let us know by writing to refunds@webnsoftsolutions.com. The refund is only applicable, in case if we are unable to come to a mutual satisfactory solution.

Eligibility for refund
We at Awesomify Technologies India takes each and every project very seriously and in a very professional manner in order to get the best result to the client as per the terms mentioned in the respective proposal. Still if the client is not satisfied with our services/commitments and want to go through the dispute resolution process, in that case we do consider refund requests as per following list of the services and our refund policy related to each service.

Website Design/Designing Services
We’ll make 100% refund if the project has not started at all (OR) if the initial design/style is not approved. Once the initial design style is approved, after that if we fail to deliver as per our delivery policy, then we will release a partial refund as per the proportion of the work completed. No refunds will be released, if the project is completed/uploaded on the server.

Development Services
We’ll make 100% refund if the project has not started at all. Every project has its own respective agreement. If there is no agreement and/or refund policy is not specified, then the following Refund Policy will be applicable :

We’ll release partial refund, if the project has not been completed as per the Delivery Policy agreed upon in the contract. The calculation for the same will be strictly as per the proportion of the project completed and the proportion that is left to be completed as per the agreement agreed upon.

Dedicated Hiring (Offshore Staffing Solution)
We’ll make 100% refund if Programmer/Designer/ Content Writer/SEO expert (or any other resource) has not started the project at all.

We’ll release proportionate amount if the client decides to cancel the order at any point of time.

No refund will be provided for the period the resource has already worked. However, if client is not satisfied with the work/commitment at any point of time, he/she must notify our Project Manager immediately. Any such request/negotiation at a later date will not be considered.

Delivery Policy
Please note that Awesomify Technologies India’s delivery commitments are subject to :
Project(s) are only considered to be void if the agreed upon payments are timely clear. Client(s) are suppose to communicate well in advance/timely communication required for the successful completion of the project. If required info is not communicated to us in a timely manner. Due to this, if any delay or failure happened in completion/delivery of the project. Awesomify Technologies India is not liable for that. If the information/requirement(s) provided to Awesomify Technologies India is incomplete (OR) incorrect. And/Or Scope of the project is not provided at the beginning of the project, Awesomify Technologies India is not bound to honor its delivery and/or refund commitments. Awesomify Technologies India will not release any refund/compensation for the delay of delivery under any circumstances, unless there is a special agreement signed with a penalty clause for delay in delivery.

Limitation of Liability
Awesomify Technologies  India‘s liability is limited to the value of the portion of the project, as per proposal provided well in advance by Awesomify Technologies India, which stands incomplete at any given point of time. At any point of time, Awesomify Technologies India cannot be held responsible for losses arising out of the services delivered/not delivered or the delay in the same. The liability to refund arises only once the project has been cancelled by the client and such cancellation has been communicated to Awesomify Technologies India in writing.

Processing of Refunds
Refunds will be processed and mailed within 10 business days of the cancellation date and will be made using the same method of payment as the original (refund by check or refund to credit card). Awesomify Technologies India may at any time, without any prior notice to you and in its sole discretion, amend this policy from time to time. Please review this policy periodically. Your continued use of Awesomify Technologies India website after any such amendments signifies your acceptance thereof.
